The Summer of Success (SOS) Program is a conditional admission program at Texas Southern University that provides students with a unique opportunity to gain full admission to the University. 

First-time freshman applicants (current high school students) who do not meet the university’s minimum admission requirements will be considered for participation in the SOS Program. 

The SOS Program does not have a separate application process.  学生 can apply for admission at  www.applytexas.org .

  2. Receive a notification on acceptance for SOS Program.
  3. Pay program fee and/or complete  2023 - 24 FAFSA at  www.fafsa.政府.
  4. 提交 meningitis vaccination record by 星期五，2024年6月14日.
  5. Attend virtual SOS Program Orientation – 2024年6月20日，星期四 (see email from SOS Program).
  6. 校园 housing move-in - 周日，2024年7月7日. 
  7. Begin program on Monday - 2024年7月8日，星期一.
